SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR PROGRAMMING

SET DATE AND TIME DISPLAY
Should it become necessary to correct the date and time displayed on all of the keysets, due of time change (twice a year), you must first access the customer programs
The following can only be enabled at the designated attendant station or by customer programming under passcode control (default passcode 4321).  A display keyset must be used for programming

ENABLE CUSTOMER PROGRAMMING

With the handset on-hook, dial #06.  The display shows:

MMC DISABLED
Dial the passcode and 1 and then press #.
At this point, customer programming is open.

SETTING THE DATE AND TIME

    1.   Dial #55.  Display shows:

YY MM DD HH MM

    2.   Dial new information as follows:
            YY   =  Last two digits of the year
            MM =  Month (01-12)
          DD  =  Day of the month (01-31)
            W    =  Day of the week (1-7; week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday)
            HH  =  Hour (use 24 hour clock)

            MM =  Minutes (00-59)

    3.   Dial # to set current date and time.  The phone returns to normal use.
If you have entered invalid data, you will receive an [INVALID ENTRY] message for three seconds.  Reenter the correct date and time.  If the information you entered is incorrect, repeat steps 1 through 3.
