Arctic Communications, Inc is made up of three integrated departments. Cable installation, system maintenance, and system sales. We take great pride in providing quality workmanship at an affordable price. We strive to ensure each and every install or maintenance action is to the best of our collective abilities. 1. Cable installation- Cable installations have changed dramatically over the past few years with BICSI being a leader in application standards. By applying BICSI’s established standards to every job provides the customer with a structured cable system that is extremely effective now but also into the future. Our process of cable installation includes the initial site survey to determine scope of work, further identification of customer desires, equipment needed to efficiently complete the job, and development of a bid for the customer. Upon acceptance of the bid, all work is accomplished in conjunction with BICSI standards as well as standards developed by Arctic Communications. Upon completion all cable is tested and certified. Upon certification completion, all cable work is identified on “as built” drawings and provided to the customer. 2. System maintenance- Arctic Communications is capable of providing maintenance on many different types of installed systems. Our capabilities range form simple program changes to upgrades and component replacement. We have access to a large manual library to assist in this function. Our technicians have hands on experience with many of the system currently installed in the Anchorage area. 3. System sales- We are proud to represent Samsung Telecommunications America and their telecommunications products. Our systems range from 8 line 16 station analog systems to the Samsung flagship the iDCS 500. Additionally, our Samsung voice mail systems are second to none and provide quality voice mail platforms to build upon. We also have access to Panasonic, Nitsuko, and Comdial telecommunications systems and components. |
